About Mr. McAllister

Marc McAllister earned his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University, graduating magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School, graduating cum laude. From 2005 to 2008, McAllister served as Director of Legal Research and Writing at Western State University College of Law, where he taught the first-year legal research and writing courses.  McAllister was an Associate Professor of Law at Florida Coastal School of Law from 2008 to 2013, where he taught criminal law and procedure and a variety of advanced legal writing courses.  McAllister clerked for Judge Charles Wilson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Judge Mark Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and Chief Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.  He joined the Indiana Tech Law School faculty in August 2015.

McAllister’s scholarly publications are in the areas of criminal law, criminal procedure, constitutional law, and evidence.
